Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Equipment
Securely pack the product in its original box, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship the item back to our distribution center using a carrier that provides tracking services.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
